We work exclusively with supple Italian calfskin and use a traditional garment-dyeing and washing process that gives each piece its own soul. Handmade by artisans in Tuscany, our bags develop a rich patina over time — a companion with enduring character.

2. Are your bags made from real leather?
Yes. All of our bags are made from 100% genuine Italian leather. We source high-quality calfskin known for its natural softness, resilience, and lasting beauty. Our leather is tanned using plant-based tannins and processed with care to ensure both quality and sustainability.

3. How should I care for my SUDO ZURICH leather bag?
To preserve the beauty of your bag, avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight or moisture. Clean it gently with a soft cloth and apply a leather conditioner occasionally. When not in use, store it in a dry place — ideally inside the SUDO ZURICH dust bag included with your purchase.

4. What is the difference between vintage-effect leather and regular leather?
Our vintage-effect leather is garment-dyed and washed, giving each bag its own unique tone and texture. We use natural tannins to achieve rich, earthy hues, while the finish is completed by hand — waxed and ironed by artisans to enhance softness and reveal the leather’s natural glow. Unlike regular leather, each piece evolves beautifully over time.

5. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Swiss public holidays).
Within Switzerland & Liechtenstein:
– Swiss Post PostPac Priority: Free shipping, delivery in 1–2 business days.
International Shipping:
– Swiss Post PostPac International: Flat-rate by zone, delivery in approximately 2–5 business days.
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.

6. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We ship to the European Union, the United Kingdom, and selected European countries with Swiss Post PostPac International. All parcels are insured and tracked, with a flat-rate fee depending on the destination zone. Customers outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein are responsible for paying any import VAT, customs duties, or courier handling fees in their country.

7. Can I return or exchange my bag?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
