2-Year Warranty
Your SUDO ZURICH bag comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers:
• Manufacturing defects
• Material defects
• Issues with stitching, hardware, or construction that appear despite normal use
If a defect occurs within this period, we will repair your item free of charge.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper care, or normal signs of wear such as leather patina, small scratches, or color evolution.
Lifetime Repair Service
Quality leather deserves a long life.
After the warranty period, we continue to support your bag with a lifetime repair service.
Repairs after the 2-year warranty are offered at a transparent, fair cost — always agreed with you before we begin. Our goal is to keep your bag in use for as long as possible.
How to Request a Repair

We will evaluate the case within a few days and advise you on warranty coverage or the repair process.
Leather Care
Each SUDO ZURICH bag is crafted from naturally tanned Italian calfskin, a leather that forms a rich, individual patina over time. Subtle variations in color, texture, and grain are inherent to this material — marks of authenticity, not imperfections.
With simple care, your bag will age beautifully. Keep it dry, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, and nourish the leather occasionally with a gentle leather conditioner. When not in use, store your bag inside the dust bag provided with your purchase — it protects the leather and preserves its shape for years to come.
