Processing Times

· Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding Swiss public holidays.

· During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

· Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

 

Domestic Shipping – Switzerland & Liechtenstein

All domestic orders are shipped with Swiss Post – PostPac Priority, always insured and tracked.

· Free shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

· Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days.

· Please note: Orders placed on Fridays and weekends will be delivered from the following Monday.

 

International Shipping – Europe

All European international orders are shipped with Swiss Post – PostPac International, fully insured and tracked.

We offer flat-rate shipping per zone, regardless of parcel size or weight:

· Zone 1 – 25 CHF
United Kingdom, Monaco, Vatican City, San Marino, Isle of Man, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands.

· Zone 2 – 30 CHF
Norway, Andorra, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden.

· Zone 3 – 35 CHF
Romania, Malta, Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Iceland.

Estimated delivery: approximately 2–5 business days, depending on destination.

 

International Shipping – United States & Hong Kong

Orders to the United States and Hong Kong are shipped with Swiss Post – PostPac International, fully insured and tracked.

· Flat rate – 46 CHF for the United States and Hong Kong, regardless of parcel size or weight.

· Estimated delivery: approximately 5–8 business days.

 

Duties & Taxes – What You Pay Is What You Get

For customers in the following markets, the price displayed at checkout already includes all applicable import duties and taxes. There are no additional charges upon delivery.

· Eurozone (Germany, France, Italy, Austria, Netherlands, Portugal)

· United Kingdom

· United States

· Hong Kong

For customers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, no import duties apply — goods are shipped domestically.

All parcels are declared accurately in accordance with Swiss export regulations. SUDO ZURICH is not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs clearance processes.

 

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your shipment directly via Swiss Post's online tracking system.

· We currently ship to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, the United Kingdom, the listed European countries (EU + Monaco, Andorra, San Marino, Vatican City, Isle of Man, Norway, Iceland), the United States, and Hong Kong.

· Orders placed from unsupported destinations will not be fulfilled.
