We offer free shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein via Swiss Post PostPac Priority (1–2 business days, insured and tracked).
International orders are shipped with Swiss Post PostPac International, fully insured and tracked, with a flat-rate fee depending on the destination zone. Customers outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein are responsible for any import VAT, customs duties, or courier handling fees in their country.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Swiss public holidays). You’ll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in their original condition. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
